Refund policy

At IN GOD’S ERRANT™, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help under the terms outlined below.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition in which they were received, including original packaging and tags. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not qualify for a return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Certain items, including sale items, gift cards, and customized or personalized products, are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
